Initial ADD/ADHD Evaluation (In-person or Virtual)

During this comprehensive evaluation, you will meet with our expert nurse practitioner to review your symptoms, medical history, quality of life and daily struggles with focus and attention. These visits are designed to provide a thorough and thoughtful assessment and may include:

    -Comprehensive ADHD testing

    -Laboratory evaluation and review, when appropriate 

    -Personalized vitamin optimization recommendations

    -Medication management and review

This service is available to adult patients residing in the state of Florida only.
